Constantly worrying about what people think. Obsessing over what they said. Spying to find out if your suspicions are true. None of that is just an anxiety problem. It's a faith problem. When you truly believe that Allah alone gives and protects dignity, that no person can harm you or take anything from you without His permission, you stop obsessing over people's opinions. Assumptions lead to suspicion. Suspicion leads to spying. And all of it starts with not trusting Allah enough.
