جددت المملكة العربية السعودية التأكيد على دعمها للجهود الرامية إلى تثبيت وقف الحرب في قطاع غزة، وتعزيز الاستجابة الإنسانية وتهيئة الظروف اللازمة للتعافي المبكر وإعادة الإعمار، مع التشديد على أهمية الالتزام بالاتفاقات والقرارات الدولية ذات الصلة.
جاء ذلك خلال مشاركة المستشارة والمبعوث الخاص لوزير الخارجية للمفاوضات وجهود السلام، الدكتورة منال رضوان، نيابةً عن وزير الخارجية، في الطاولة المستديرة رفيعة المستوى بعنوان «من شرم الشيخ إلى المرحلة الثانية: ترسيخ السلام والتعافي المبكر»، التي عقدتها مصر برئاسة مشتركة مع فرنسا وألمانيا والمفوضية الأوروبية، في مقر بعثة مصر الدائمة لدى الأمم المتحدة، بمشاركة شركاء إقليميين ودوليين وممثلين عن عدد من منظمات الأمم المتحدة ومجلس السلام.
وثمّنت رضوان جهود مصر في دعم وقف الحرب وتعزيز الاستجابة الإنسانية والتعافي المبكر وإعادة الإعمار في قطاع غزة، مؤكدة أهمية التزام جميع الأطراف بمخرجات قمة شرم الشيخ، واستكمال المرحلة الأولى، والعمل على تنفيذ المرحلة الثانية من الخطة التي طرحها الرئيس الأمريكي دونالد ترامب، إلى جانب تطبيق قرار مجلس الأمن رقم 2803، بما يدعم الملكية الفلسطينية للعملية السياسية وإعادة الإعمار.
وأوضحت أن مركز الملك سلمان للإغاثة والأعمال الإنسانية نفذ نحو 160 مشروعًا في فلسطين، بقيمة تقارب نصف مليار دولار، مشيرةً إلى تقديم المملكة 120 مليون دولار دعمًا مباشرًا للحكومة الفلسطينية، فضلًا عن مواصلة دعمها لوكالة الأمم المتحدة لإغاثة وتشغيل اللاجئين الفلسطينيين «الأونروا».
وأعربت رضوان عن القلق إزاء تدهور الأوضاع الإنسانية في القطاع مع اقتراب فصل الشتاء، مشددةً على ضرورة ضمان وصول المساعدات الإنسانية بصورة منتظمة ودون عوائق أو شروط مسبقة، ورفض استخدام الملف الإنساني وسيلةً للضغط أو الدفع نحو تهجير الفلسطينيين.
وأكدت في ختام مشاركتها استمرار المملكة في العمل مع شركائها لتسريع جهود التعافي المبكر، بما يحافظ على وحدة الأراضي الفلسطينية، ويدعم مؤسسات السلطة الوطنية الفلسطينية، ويسهم في تهيئة الظروف لتحقيق سلام عادل ودائم.
The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has renewed its commitment to supporting efforts aimed at establishing a ceasefire in the Gaza Strip, enhancing humanitarian response, and creating the necessary conditions for early recovery and reconstruction, while emphasizing the importance of adhering to relevant international agreements and resolutions.
This came during the participation of the advisor and special envoy of the Minister of Foreign Affairs for negotiations and peace efforts, Dr. Manal Radwan, on behalf of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, in the high-level roundtable titled "From Sharm El-Sheikh to Phase Two: Consolidating Peace and Early Recovery," which was held by Egypt in joint presidency with France, Germany, and the European Commission, at the premises of Egypt's Permanent Mission to the United Nations, with the participation of regional and international partners and representatives from several United Nations organizations and the Peace Council.
Radwan praised Egypt's efforts in supporting the ceasefire and enhancing humanitarian response, early recovery, and reconstruction in the Gaza Strip, stressing the importance of all parties' commitment to the outcomes of the Sharm El-Sheikh summit, completing the first phase, and working on implementing the second phase of the plan proposed by U.S. President Donald Trump, in addition to applying Security Council Resolution No. 2803, which supports Palestinian ownership of the political process and reconstruction.
She explained that the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center has implemented about 160 projects in Palestine, valued at nearly half a billion dollars, noting that the Kingdom has provided $120 million in direct support to the Palestinian government, in addition to continuing its support for the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA).
Radwan expressed concern over the deteriorating humanitarian conditions in the sector as winter approaches, emphasizing the need to ensure the regular and unobstructed delivery of humanitarian aid without preconditions, and rejecting the use of the humanitarian file as a means to pressure or push towards the displacement of Palestinians.
In conclusion, she affirmed the Kingdom's continued work with its partners to accelerate early recovery efforts, preserving the unity of Palestinian territories, supporting the institutions of the Palestinian National Authority, and contributing to creating the conditions for achieving a just and lasting peace.
