Hadith Rejection and the “Quran-Only” Argument | Q&A with Nouman Ali Khan
وصف المقطع
In this Q&A session after the lecture on "Quran on Psychological Trauma" in Genk, Belgium, Ustadh Nouman Ali Khan takes on a question circulating heavily on social media: should Muslims follow the Quran alone and treat everything written by people with suspicion, especially when Allah asks أَوَلَمْ يَكْفِهِمْ أَنَّا أَنزَلْنَا عَلَيْكَ الْكِتَابَ يُتْلَىٰ عَلَيْهِمْ (29:51)? His answer refuses the easy shortcut. He explains that this debate was already raging in the first, second and third centuries of Islam, that hadith were not invented three hundred years later but gathered three hundred years later after circulating in scattered form, and that hadith scholars themselves never claimed one hundred percent exactness. Then he turns the question around. The sequence of your salah is not in the Quran, nor in any single hadith. So where did it come from, and why does a Muslim in Morocco pray exactly like a Muslim in Indonesia fourteen centuries later? ------------------------------ 📚 Start your Quran journey at https://www.bayyinahtv.com 🎁 Sponsor a soul who seeks the Quran with a Bayyinah TV membership at https://bayyinah.com/gift

السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته Could I translate this clip so I can stream it on my YouTube channel “واحة المعرفة "?
Beautiful Ustad <3
Allahu Akbar 💖💖💖. May Allah continue to strengthen and preserve you and all our shuyukh upon khair 🤲
Why are the shots of the audience the same as in another video where Ustadh spoke about an entirely different subject ? What's the point of putting fake sequences, we see people smiling where they don't have anything to smile about
Zoroastrians have 5 daily prayers called Geh or Gah - tied to the 5 watches of the day: 1. Havan Geh - Morning, sunrise to noon 2. Rapithwin Geh - Midday, noon to mid-afternoon 3. Uzirin Geh - Afternoon, mid-afternoon to sunset 4. Aiwisruthrem Geh - Evening, sunset to midnight 5. Ushahin Geh - Late night, midnight to dawn In each Geh they pray facing light / fire, with Kusti ritual (sacred cord), reciting from Yasna and Gathas. - The Gathas themselves are 17 Hymns (Ha's / Chapters) - Yasna 28
Yes such as when will the Eid UL fitar take place or the first day of Ramadan take place that depends on the moon sites. I think it's not mentioned in the Quran. Please let me know if I am wrong.
So how does everyone pray in the same way even though there is no divine instruction? Whats the answer? May Allah guide us all to the Truth
Sisters when asking a question have some haya. You don't need to giggle or ask for autographs.
there is a difference between sunnah and Hadith. Sunnah is an unbroken chain passed on generation after generation. I don’t think I have ever come across a person who rejects the Sunnah. Books of Hadith are a different debate.
SubahaanaAllah SubahaanaAllah 👍👌👍👌♥️♥️♥️♥️🙏
Rejecting hadith = rejecting the Prophet The Quran says, "أطيعوا الله و أطيعوا الرسول" (Obey Allah and obey the Messenger [Prophet Muhammad]). How can you obey the Prophet if you ignore what he says?
