Hadith Rejection and the “Quran-Only” Argument

Mr Nouman ali Khan you spend years of your life trying to understand Quran and translating it , did you ever compare hadiths with Quran ? there is a lot of cotnradiction even among Sahihs , Personally i would prefer all muslims to be quran first and only then look up for other sources, Corruption of faith / theology / and manners comes from hadiths and Imam's interpretation most of the time , and about your point either a person pray 10 rakaat at fafr or 2 rakaat , it doesn't make him a disbe

the prophet ( pbuh)sunnah meant to be his actions, statements pertaining something,or approval of an action or statement : the number or rakat for each furdh(obligatory) is from his well documented practical sunnah. صحيح البخاري: 789، صحيحsunnah مسلم: 392

You're only problem is that those that only follow the Qur'an say that the prayer that most Muslims pray is not in the Qur'an, so they don't follow it. They say there is only 3 prayers and 3 movements in the prayer and they can say any verse of the Qur'an they want. So it really is a waste to try and make them come around.

What Allah didn't say in the Qur'an doesn't matter. Because the Qur'an is perfect, is complete. s12v111: There was certainly in their stories a lesson for those of understanding. Never was it [i.e., the Qur’ān] a narration invented, but a confirmation of what was before it and a detailed explanation of all things and guidance and mercy for a people who believe.
