Sabbaha lillahi ma fis samawati wa ma fil ardi wa huwal 'azizul hakim (59:1): سَبَّحَ لِلَّهِ مَا فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَمَا فِي الْأَرْضِ وَهُوَ الْعَزِيزُ الْحَكِيمُ Before a single ruling is given, the opening of Surah Al-Hashr sets the listener's mind.
