A private chat for your guests
One QR at the desk, on a sunbed or on a table, and your guests land in a room that is theirs alone. You are the first to hear what went wrong, and you can talk to the people who are with you right now.
A table tent at the desk, a card on the table, a sticker at the entrance, a Wi-Fi card. You print the materials from the console — they already carry your name and code.
2–5 questions, anonymous. It is your entry barrier — and your stream of honest feedback. You can switch it to a single question, a code from your staff, or remove it entirely.
A private room for your guests only. They ask about the area, share taxis, look for company. You post announcements there.
What you get
A guest types "forty minutes to check in" or "dirty sunbeds" into an anonymous survey while still with you. You have a day to fix it — instead of a public two-star a week later.
Breakfast moved, the pool is being cleaned, live music tonight, parking free until eight — the announcement reaches the people who are with you today. Not a mailing list, but a room they already opened.
Guests meet each other on their own: the area, taxis, dinner. A place where guests talk is remembered more warmly — and that ends up in the reviews.
The browser translates other guests' messages on the fly, and the interface speaks the guest's language. For five language groups it is also a full city portal: news, events, weather, what's on.
What you have to do
No money at all. In return you put up the materials that print from the console in one click: a table tent for the desk, cards for the rooms, a Wi-Fi card, a lift sticker, table inserts — and you say one sentence to the guest when they arrive. We ask for no photo reports: we only look at the number of scans.

Survey answers are not linked to the guest: the link does not exist in the database, in the console, or in the export. You see what to fix, never who complained. The survey builder does not let you ask for a name, room number, phone or e-mail.
